Stage 1 - Design and Advice

Bluewave is able to migrate your existing network to a new Bluewave network through a comprehensive consultation process. We are able to identify and integrate existing components that are compatible with the new equipment and software.

We are able to develop this integrated equipment list (of Bluewave approved products) to suit your clinic requirements and outline this through the use of a Bluewave Network Proposal.

Bluewave is able to provide detailed information, specifications and capabilities about all recommended network products.

Stage 2 - Project management and Liaison

Leading up to the implementation, Bluewave works closely with Monkey Software, your shopfitters and instrument vendors to ensure that all parties understand the network specifications and requirements.

Bluewave closely manages the timelines associated with the equipment ordering process to ensure we meet your deadline.

Stage 3 - Products and Implementation

Bluewave supplies all network products recommended in the Bluewave Network Proposal. These are delivered to the new clinic on installation day.

A large part of the implementation is completed prior to our arrival on site. This includes the Fitting Wizard software as well as other audiology related software.

We are able to integrate any pre-identified and approved existing IT equipment on implementation day to ensure the most cost effective upgrade possible.
