Bluewave offers complete technology solutions to meet the needs of new audiology clinics through a range of key services.
Stage 1 - Design and Advice
Although the core of the network’s design is not able to be modified, the full equipment list of peripheral items required by your new clinic will depend on the size and focus of the clinic.
We are able to develop this equipment list (of Bluewave approved products) to suit your clinic requirements through personal consultations and the provision of a Bluewave Network Proposal.
Bluewave is able to provide detailed information, specifications and capabilities about all recommended network products.
Stage 2 - Project management and Liaison
Leading up to the implementation, Bluewave works closely with Biotronic (developers of Fitting Wizard Pro and Claim Wizard), your shopfitters and instrument vendors to ensure that all parties understand the network specifications and requirements.
Bluewave closely manages the timelines associated with the equipment ordering process to ensure we meet your deadline.
Stage 3 - Products and Implementation
Bluewave supplies all network products recommended in the Bluewave Network Proposal. These are delivered to the new clinic on installation day.
A large part of the implementation is completed prior to our arrival on site.
Stage 4 - Technical Support
