Installations

1. The implementation will be invoiced with 90% payment required 14 days prior to installation date. The remaining 10% is due once the system has been installed and has been fully tested.

2. All cabling work needs to be done in accordance with Bluewave's requirements. If it is not possible to install the network on the day we have scheduled due to incorrect electrical/data cabling then an hourly rate applies for further visits.

3. If HiCaps is being used then a serial cable must be run from the HiCaps machine to the server/main PC. If the server/main PC is located in another part of the practice then a serial cable will need to be run by Bluewave or by the cabling company of your choice to ensure Fitting Wizard will connect to the HiCaps device.

4. While best efforts will be made to connect audiology equipment to the computer network Bluewave requires assistance from the vendor of the equipment to successfully achieve the connection. If the Vendor is not available to Bluewave then we cannot unfortunately guarantee that audiology equipment will be able to connect to your computer network.

5. Bluewave is not responsible for the maintenance of any software installed on the network by third parties.

6. Quoted costs do not include freight from nearest major centre to practice location.

7. If the Internet is unavailable on-site at the time of installation Bluewave may charge additional fees for Internet setup work and/or fees for additional visits.

8. All joinery work needs to be done in preparation for the computer network. Bluewave is unable to drill holes in desks for computer cables or any other shopfitting related work.
