VIRTUAL SERVERS : Voyager V-Server
The Voyager V-Server is an online service that provides access to your Voyager software and all your company data on your own fully maintained virtual Windows Server – the V-Server. These virtual servers run on server hardware clusters located in secure data centres and are accessed via the Internet for a fixed monthly fee for service based on the number of user accounts your company requires.
The Voyager V-Server comes with a full version of MS Office 2010 and Outlook Email as standard. Your other business programs can also be used as well (eg. MYOB or Quickbooks).
Ultimately using the V-Server is very flexible as you don’t have to buy and maintain a physical server - you simply access the virtual server located in the data centre. Pricing is based on the number of user accounts you require. This flexibility means the system can grow with your business over time. If you start with two users but then you add staff you can simply add more users to your monthly subscription. If you start with many users and downsize, reduce the number of users then your monthly fees are reduced.
Your data is owned by you at all times and is stored in Australia under Australia’s privacy regulations. You are able to download your database at any time you require (authorised users only).

- Internet Bandwidth – failover internet links within data centre at 10Mbps speed and all data volume traffic used between the data centre and your offices
- General support during the business hours of our clients
(helpdesk to assist with small issues) - Priority support 24/7 if you cannot access the V-Server but can connect to the Internet
